ADP is hiring a Regional Payroll Tech Specialist. In this position you will provide support for client and technical problem resolution in order to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payroll production. Resolve/research processing issues or configuration requests while PS continues to maintain production levels Provide skills, process, and booster training Provide support to all other internal associates to allow PS to service client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of Payroll and other benefit services (Benefits, 401K, and Garnishments concepts in their relationship to payroll.)
  • First point of escalation for payroll team for internal, as well as external. (Ex. Payroll issues, compliance issues, and all system issues etc).
  • Client interaction and problem resolution as initiated by Manager or PS.
  • Monitor Tier 2 clarify cases
  • Monitor and follow SLA's for the ESC clarify cases.
  • Run queries for clarify statistics
  • Review and ensure payroll schedules are correct
  • Develop and maintain standard monthly department stats including key success factors and performance metrics
  • Partner with all Functional Division Support teams-COG, Accounting, Risk and Benefits
  • Ensure adherence to business rules and SOX compliance initiatives
  • Work No-pay reports on a weekly basis to insure correct status of WSEs
  • Coach associates on strategic interaction skills and monitor client interactions on Witness
  • Client survey resolution
  • Update manager regarding potential client service issues for proactive treatment.
  • Booster training of technical/ functional/ customer service skills
  • Subject Matter Expert for PTO Accruals, Multi-Jurisdiction payrolls, and amendments.
  • Provide support for payroll staff with amendment "how to" questions.
  • Review amendment request to ensure forms and supporting documentation are correct.
  • Work with payroll staff to enforce understanding of Out of Sequence payrolls and quarter processing concepts.
  • Assist payroll manager by working with PSR to provide timely resolution of payroll edit and billing errors.
  • Backup for Manager when out of the office
  • Assist division or region led projects in the payroll product area.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • 3-5 years payroll experience
  • 3-4 years as a TotalSource PSR with proven proficiencies in TotalSource products and services or prior supervisory experience in a customer service and payroll department.
  • Completed CPP certification
