RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Carlsbad, CA that is seeking a Director - Commercial Platform (Pharma) for a remote role.Summary:Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to work for a company that leads the way in drug discovery research and that's main focus is to improve lives through science and technology? Then this fully remote role might just be the right opportunity for you! The Director, Commercial Platform will need to be a critical thinker and leader. They will manage internal consultants and deliver software for commercial and medical affairs. The Director will support the commercial systems and be responsible for CRM/MDM and other commercial sales applications. Responsibilities:- Lead the Assess and Implement Risk Management System
- Working closely with Contracting Management, GTN, and Government Reporting
- Manage Field Alignment and Incentive Compensation
- Lead the Master Data Management (commercial)
- Working closely with MLR Workflow
- Lead the Patient Services Platform(s)
- Manage the Sales Reporting and Analytics
- Manage the SP contracts
- Collaborate and establish good working relationship with Content/Campaign Management
- Manage Customer Relationship Management
- Working closely with Customer Segmentation Modeling
- Develop the Training Infrastructure
- Overlook the sales training process
- Manage the Grants Platform Build out
- Working with IIR, IME, and EAP Management Systems
- Collaborating with IT Field Support
- Lead the Medical Affairs - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Manage the Medical Info Data Management
- Lead the Medical Affairs Training
- Working closely with the Publication Review and Approval System
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
- Must have 10+ years of commercial platform system experience
- Must have 5+ years of Pharmaceutical experience
- Commercial sales applications experience (ex Veeva CRM, Commercial Pharma MDM, MicroStrategy, Siebel CRM)
- Pharma experience; Has worked in commercial/sales operations/systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
