Position: Technical Writer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 month contract

Job Description:

• Develop Search Engine Optimization framework in ServiceNow
• Make continuous improvements to Search Engine Optimization in ServiceNow
• Audit of current knowledge content to ensure findability
• Utilize HTML coding to create content style and functionality
• Design user experience and develop business requirements to enhance knowledge management
• Identify special techniques to improve content findability

Additional Skills:
• ServiceNow Administration
• Technical Writing
• Experience with ServiceNow Administration and SEO
• Ability to teach search engine optimization to others
