Risk Management Claims & Invoicing Assistant

Our client, an industry leader in workspace products, is seeking a Risk Management Claims & Invoicing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis! This role will start off onsite in Framingham, MA for training purposes then will move to a hybrid working schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience using Coupa / ePAS, 1+ years of experience in customer services, administrative, risk management or finance related support role.

Responsibilities:

• Work through backlog of invoices
• Review general liability and worker's compensation claims emails
• Upload data to risk management system
• Assist internal team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Invoice and settlement processing
