As our Robotics Engineer, you will:

• Understand robotic communication capabilities and technology trends; lead integration of communications between plasma power supply, robotic controller, and vision devices
  
• Utilize an R&D lab to further new product development of robotic plasma cutting solutions
  
• Collaborate with robotic off-line programming software developers, engineers, marketing, sales, and technicians to develop robotic plasma cutting solutions
  
• Act as technical liaison to Robot Arm Manufacturers and system integrators to ensure successful customer solutions
  
• Serve as the technical lead in robotics within the development team; mentor and train others in the technical aspects of robotic systems
  
• Plan, execute, and document systems integration tests that validate customer requirements
  

Who you are and the experience you will bring:

• BS in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years integrating robotic solutions
  
• Fundamental understanding across software, controls, robotics, mechanical, and electrical engineering
  
• Programming experience with one or more of the following industrial robot systems; ABB, FANUC, Motoman, KUKA
  
• Experience managing projects
  
• Experience with industrial safety best practices for robotic systems
  
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
  

Preferred experience to differentiate you:

• Master's degree
  
• Integration experience with welding, plasma cutting, or laser cutting
  
• Customer facing field service or application support experience
  

Location: Hanover, NH (Relocation Assistance Available)

Travel: 10%

• Base Compensation Range for this position (Grade 21) is $85,973 - $143,290
