ADP is hiring a Data Analyst.

In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for automating processes that interface with the states' workforce agencies as well as other internal business processes.

The nature of what you do every day will not change - your #1 goal is to ensue production processes are running successfully, maintain the production processes, and develop new processes.

What you'll do:

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • You will support our internal processes that interface with state workforce agencies and troubleshoot when the processes fail. You will manage secure file transfers to the state workforce agencies, and you will develop new processes that automate tasks involving file transfers.
  • You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on coding languages and development tools, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our Tax Credits organization.
  • You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a quick turn around of resolving production processes that fail and quickly communicating the status of the processes.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Entry level to intermediate understanding of C# and Visual Basic, understanding of development tools, and a good knowledge of file types and file editors.

  • Profeciency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel.

  • Ability to be proactive with great follow up skills.

  • Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism)

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism)

  • Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
