Located in Upland, CA, but travel to work sites twice a week.

Work schedule: M-F 8-5 but may need to work weekends.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Roles of Safety Analyst 2904:

• Observe and monitor operations to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and practices.
• Perform and document JSO's (field safety observations) using electronic device platforms.
• Safety and health mentorship.
• Check company-specific documents like safety manuals for applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Maintain company cars.
• Distribute company products from a well-stocked vehicle.
• Conduct periodic and unscheduled inspections to identify deficiencies and hazards.
• Keep Gate Checks and vehicle inspections on time.
• Investigate field accidents/incidents.
• Ensure gas monitors are calibrated.
• Replace the dielectric equipment as directed.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain lifting devices.
• Comply with PPE on the job.
• Report all violations for prompt corrective action.
• Update and develop training materials.

Requirements for Safety Analyst 2904:

• Driver's license required.
• Safety experience of 2 to 3 years
• (Preferred) Safety certification(s)
• Background check and drug test required.
• On-call duties and flexible hours may be required.
• Includes night shifts, holiday shifts, and overnight travel occasionally.
• Become a safety professional by obtaining appropriate certifications.
• Knowledge of database and spreadsheet programs, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
