JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

This Sales Enablement Manager will provide strategic leadership and program management of Notified Sales Enablement programs, with a primary focus on Partner Sales Enablement. They will create and deliver learning experiences that ensure our Partner selling organizations possess the skills and knowledge needed to effectively contribute to Notified Sales objectives. They will align people, processes and priorities with relevant learning, coaching and communications delivered at the right time to achieve revenue and growth goals.

Essential Duties:

  • Ownership and strategic leadership of Partner Enablement programs executed by Notified's Sales Enablement Practice
  • Ensure alignment across all key program stakeholders, including Partner organization stakeholders and Notified internal executives and C-level
  • Project management and project team leadership within assigned programs, including communications, logistics, and partner relationships
  • Create, deliver, and measure the impact of learning programs on all Notified Sales roles. Program impact areas will include Partner Sales Readiness, Sales Skills, Sales Team Management and Coaching, Notified Products & Process, New Hire Onboarding, Sales Ops & Tools, and more as assigned.
  • Collaborate on and contribute to the creation and maintenance of Sales Enablement tech tools (LMS, Intranet, and more as assigned)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strategic program direction and execution
  • Executive presence, with significant focus on influence and consensus building
  • Ability to ensure consistent alignment between business objectives and program outcomes
  • Exceptional project management behaviors
  • Exceptional abilities in conceiving, designing and creating learning experience programs and content
  • Exceptional instructor and speaker in both learning and business settings
  • Deep and current knowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Deep and current knowledge of enterprise software sales methodologies, process, and buying journey.
  • Deep and current knowledge of sales management best practices, including sales business management and developmental sales coaching.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility amidst time pressure, frequent change and diverse personalities


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required. Minor or advanced degree in a business discipline preferred.
  • 4 or more years of direct experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training or Sales Team Leadership required. Past experience selling enterprise software solutions preferred.
  • Past experience in Partner Sales, Partner Sales Leadership or Partner Sales Enablement preferred.
  • Highly-developed training, teaching, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Moderate to highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF and Excel. Strong preference for skills and experience with creating video training content.
  • Willingness to travel as required up to 20% of time annually
