What you will be doing:
The Sales Operations Coordinator will primarily be responsible for all sales related systems including B2B & CRM. This role will have specific responsibilities for supporting the following: sales channels, customers, sales managers, pricing, program, and content. The Sales Operations Coordinator will maintain the accuracy of all existing OXO touchpoints including printed and digital sales catalogs, sales slides, planograms assets and in-store merchandising vehicles. This role will also be responsible for facilitating development of new in-store merchandising opportunities with external vendors and across functions.

This person is the hub of the sales department; this hands-on role is responsible for keeping various projects moving both within the Sales team, across other OXO functions, and with our external vendors. This role will be the liaison and support between OXO sales team and PA Customer Service & MS Warehouse functions facilitating conversation, instructions, and detail documentation for all warehouse-related reworks.


  • Serve as the primary contact for OXO for both B2B & CRM.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project requirements are initiated, on track and completed.

  • Regularly report out on priority shifts/ progress.

  • Partner with Divisional Special Projects Owner to relay project details, timing and priority.

  • Coordinate + concept projects with cross functional teams to bring approved in store displays to life.

  • Owner of quoting programs for new product development sell-in.

  • Propose renderings to sales to garner retailer interest on design & cost, secure demand.

  • Work cross functionally on program approval and detailed set up/ordering.

  • Handle all timelines internally and externally to achieve targeted need by date.

  • Coordinate design development with brand design.

  • Secure inventory in warehouse for any vital special projects builds.

  • Explore alignments between in-store and online marketing opportunities - kick off asset creation for both markets ("sales marketing calendar").

  • Run inventory levels for components required in larger "build" projects.

  • Record all expenses & process gaps to bring up to management.

  • Purchase requisition owner (writing PO's for sales team). Secure appropriate documentation and approvals to enter requisition.

  • Communication with Finance Team to clear and code expenses accurately in sales budget.

  • Own finalization of PowerPoint slides and handle revisions.

  • Coordinate revisions to all line price lists & deploy to relevant end-users.

  • Lead planogram software maintenance and ongoing exploration for updated platform (works with B2B platform...).

  • Sales team trade show lead with support from adjacent functions on show planning, staffing and execution.

  • Maintenance of 3rd Party Data Systems.


Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Basic understanding of sales function


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years experience in a sales or project management role

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

  • Salesforce
