Job Description

What You'll Do:
Our Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator will serve as the primary administrator for our Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, including configuration, customization, and maintenance. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features and enhancements. Also responsible for coordinating with outside developers contracted to update Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and serves as the Product Owner by developing PBIs (Product Backlog Items), refining PBIs generated by our business partners and managing our prioritized backlog.

Because we value team building and collaboration, this role requires onsite work at our headquarters in Monroe, WI.

Additional Job Responsibilities:
• Conducts regular audits and assessments to ensure the integrity and performance of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
• Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for end users, addressing any technical issues or system errors in a timely manner.
• Stays informed about the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develops and maintains documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for Salesforce Commerce Cloud processes and workflows.

Qualifications

What It Takes:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
• 5+ years of experience in the retail industry, with a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration, including site configuration, data management, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer or Administrator certification is a plus.
