Job Description

  • Follow all departmental procedures and SOPs; understand and apply GMP regulations to daily work; document data according to regulatory requirements
  • Perform secondary quality check on sample labels
  • Transport samples to and from satellite storage locations across campus
  • Perform periodic sample storage location inventories
  • Separate samples for discard into proper areas for disposal
  • Handle communication and paperwork for all couriers that deliver samples
  • Receive and unpack sample kits and coolers
  • Handle the removal of empty shipping containers, dry ice, and coolers from the active work area


  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work from a standing position for extended amounts of time
  • Ability to push a cart weighing up to 75lbs
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies, logical thinking, and deductive reasoning
  • Sense of urgency in rush situations
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma
  • Authorization to work in the US indefinitly without sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PAare encouraged to apply.
