*Requirements:* Bachelors or Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or CPA, Experience with a public company in a similar role, 5+ years professional experience in a SEC reporting or similar role of deep technical finance

What You Will Be Doing - The SEC Reporting Manager is a core member of the corporate finance team of a rapidly growing organization.
- This role will lead our SEC reporting process and analyze complex technical accounting issues. You will be planning, coordinating, and overseeing the external reporting process
- Ensuring and operating the effectiveness of controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with all SEC and U.S. GAAP disclosure requirements
What You Need for this Position You Must Have
- Associates or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or CPA
- 5+ yrs experience working as an SEC Reporting Manager or similar role
- Experience working for a public company
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, Word,
- Experience in the following software and concepts Net Suite, Infor, PowerBl, , SQL, and Power Automate, Workday Adaptive Planning

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members across the business
