Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics

We're growing rapidly and searching for a Senior Analyst to support data analysis and reporting efforts to inform our current and future marketing initiatives. Through cross-functional collaboration and in-depth problem solving, you will enable teams across our marketing organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions. Sound good to you?

What you'll do as a Senior Analyst:

• Develop and maintain models used to evaluate the performance of our marketing initiatives, and utilize the results to guide future efforts
  
• Perform data analysis to examine high-priority questions to help guide our overall marketing strategy
  
• Collaborate across our analytics team to enable the use of frameworks, and own a suite of reporting to streamline the sharing of information
  

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years of business analytics experience, preferably working with marketing or media buying teams
  
• Expertise in SQL, Tableau (or an equivalent), Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  
• Highly proficient with data analytics, and have experience in data manipulation using a variety of tools
  
• Expertise in Python, including statistical modelling experience
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally and autonomously, with good communication skills and a strong desire to produce high-quality work
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
  
• Knowledge of sports betting (ideally online sportsbook), fantasy sports or online casino is a plus
