Senior Client Engineer - Gaming

Onward Play is looking for a Senior Client Engineer to join one of our primary mobile studio clients. In this role, you’ll be working on a wildly popular IP for a new game that will be played on both mobile and console.

Description:


In this role, you’ll be working closely with technical and creative leads to create best-in-class foundational technology to power smooth, performant UIs and gameplay.
Help drive engineering and work with design, user experience, product, and analytics teams to identify needs and work to specifications to implement software solutions.
Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code with one or more Object Oriented languages (C++, Objective-C, Swift, etc.) and their associated frameworks.
Lead feature development, focusing on the core frontend, UI, and frameworks.
Have up-to-date and expert-level knowledge of algorithms, design patterns, debugging, and memory/performance optimization.
Collaborate with peers to improve software design.
Grow with the business; stretch yourself, and learn new skills and domains.
