Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Color & Image Scientist
- M.S. with 3+ years of industrial experience, or Ph.D., in a field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Color Science, or Applied Mathematics
- Image processing: digital image processing algorithm development, especially in areas such as halftoning, image enhancement methods, anti-aliasing, and computational geometry
- Color science: understanding of colorimetry, human visual system models, color appearance models, physics of color formation, optical modeling
- Device color: knowledge of gamut mapping, ICC profiles, color calibration methods
- Software/programming languages: experience in Matlab and Python required
