The continuous monitoring of internal controls is an important part of a successful compliance program. The Sr. Compliance Analyst works to ensure continuing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including PCI, SOC2, EHNAC, and HIPAA, by assisting with the monitoring program. This role is very dynamic, as legal and regulatory requirements are continually shifting. The selected candidate will execute elements of the audit and compliance process, as directed by the Manager, Compliance. This includes the assembling of documentation throughout the year, as required for both audit and RFP response purposes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assists in external, third-party audit processes for PCI, SSAE16 SOC2, & EHNAC
  • Maintains an always-ready compliance stance by compiling the current common audit request documentation quarterly; besides annual third-party audits, this would also include being prepared in the event of Health and Human Services/Office of Civil Rights document calls, in the advent of an unanticipated or unannounced HIPAA/HITECH audit
  • Manages internal control reviews including:


  • Quarterly access permission reviews
  • Reviews required for PCI and HIPAA compliance
  • Inactive users/badges


  • Conducts an annual review of any vendor that is material in business processes audited by third-party Auditors, to assure their compliance with certification or regulatory requirements
  • Manages the process for completion of third-party Security questionnaires


  • Manages the process for annual Security policy updates
  • Assists in the completion of client RFPs and Security assessments

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in an Analyst role
  • Experience working in an environment with audit or regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience working in an environment where technology is a key element of doing business
  • Ability to accomplish projects that require the cooperation of diverse departments, which range from non-technical to highly technical in their function
  • Ability to work independently, and at the same time, understand when it is important to pull others into a project or task


  • Organized, responsive, and a thorough problem solver
  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
