A Consultant must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues. Establish & maintain productive and respectful relationships with the delivery team, practice management, and client management team.

Job Responsibilities

    • Experience migrating on-premises to M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
    • Assist customers with the deployment of MIP
    • Create technical configuration documents
    • Create technical recommendations and prioritized roadmaps for customers
    • Mentor junior Consultants
    • Create IP and templated documents for future delivery
    • Assist in pre-sales

Qualifications For Success
    • 5-7 years' experience in M365 services
    • Experience applying technical knowledge and customer insights to create technical and strategic roadmaps.
    • Experience migrating on-premises to M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
    • A deep understanding of the Defender suite and the integrations
    • Experience in creating AIP labeling and DLP deployment strategies
    • Experience working with Defender for Cloud Apps and connecting 3rd party applications to Defender for Cloud Apps
    • Knowledge on the M365 subscription model and the services offered in each model
    • Experience with AAD and AAD Connect
    • Experience with Intune and MAM/MDM policies
    • Understanding the Microsoft Security Reference Architecture and how it integrates into the M365 ecosystem
    • Ability to create as-built documents for M365 deployments
    • Experience migrating 3rd party security products to Defender for O365
    • Knowledge of disaster recovery and high availability concepts
    • Knowledge of best practices for SIEM integration and logging
    • Knowledge of general security concepts and methods such as vulnerability assessments, data classification, privacy assessments, incident response, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, architectures, and governance.
    • Demonstrated ability to create detailed security assessment reports
    • Must be able to work well with customers and self-manage through difficult situations, focus on client satisfaction.
    • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences including executives
    • Ability to work both independently as well as on teams
    • Willingness to collaborate and share knowledge with team members.
    • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
    • The successful candidate must hold or be willing to pursue related professional certifications such as the MS-500
