C.H. Robinson is looking for a Senior Data Privacy Analyst to join our growing Data Privacy team. In this new and dynamic role, you will support C.H. Robinson's implementation of privacy program governance, policies, and procedures to comply with the requirements of applicable data protection laws. You will monitor new requirements and best practices while measuring program effectiveness. You will also maintain documentation of personal data processing activities and contacts/agreements with third parties.

Responsible for the ongoing management and documentation of privacy impact assessments and associated data maps and records of processing, including the development and tracking of action plans
Partners across multiple teams and organizations to develop privacy training and awareness materials that focuses on role specific learnings
Assists and partners with Audit teams on the alignment and execution of privacy control objective reviews
Participates in cross-functional third-party review meetings to assess supplier capabilities to address privacy controls
Responsible for management of the Company's privacy mailbox and for handling and triaging inquires and execution of processes to support data subject access requests
Responsible for the implementation and maturity of privacy by design processes, along with the creation of associated artifacts, procedures, and awareness materials
Collaborates with other departments and personnel in the development of operational procedures to support privacy initiatives
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 4 years of relevant privacy audit and compliance or risk management experience
Minimum 2 years of project management experience, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic or international)*

CIPP/E or CIPP/US certifications or relevant privacy program experience, preferably in a global organization
Possesses working knowledge of applicable data privacy, regulations, and standards
Performs multifaceted conceptual analyses, solves complex problems, and develops innovative solutions and approaches for the company's privacy program
Can independently resolve moderately complex privacy issues or questions and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
Translates concepts into practice. Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
Acts like a resource for others with less experience; coaches and provides feedback, and guides others
Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex corporate compliance and ethics program tasks
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
Possesses excellent communication skills
Is detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Possesses a high degree of integrity
