Responsibilities
The Senior Director of Nursing Clinical Inquiry and Research assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and evaluating a comprehensive Nursing Research Program which impacts clinical, educational and administrative nursing practice across Tower Health. Focuses primarily on the program oversight for clinical inquiry initiatives including evidence-based practice (EBP) and nursing research. Guides and mentors professional nursing staff on EBP projects, research proposals and studies. Provides strategic vision, direction, and oversight for the development a comprehensive culture of clinical inquiry. Facilitates acquisition of research grants to expand the Nursing Research Program.
