Job Description
The Senior Director, Strategic Client Sales skillfully executes consultative sales strategies as they lead and develop. This position oversees the daily operations of a sales team to secure new contracts, increase customer share with current accounts, and generate and fill orders. The Director will meet objectives to increase revenue, market share and fill rate.
Job Responsibilities
• Communicates strategic account management information and progress-to-goals to AMN executive leadership through presentations, reports, and meetings in order to maintain accountability, set goals, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
• Maintains client relationships through direct contact to increase utilization of AMN services, assist with facility order projections, cross-sell AMN services, review and share best practices across clients, and resolve escalated service calls in order to position AMN as a critical partner in the clients' success.
• Creates and submits reports to clients in order to communicate activity, key metrics, and strategy development.
• Facilitates strategic planning process with client, in conjunction with Business Reviews, to identify needs for process improvement, discuss product/service expansion opportunities, or system upgrades.
• Hires, develops and manages performance of sales team through effective leadership and communication skills in alignment with divisional goals and performance objectives.
• Negotiates search contracts including rates and terms in order to balance client's needs with service options that support profit.
• Maintains a high level of personal visibility in the industry.
• Sources leads within territory through high volume outbound phone strategy in order to identify current or potential openings appropriate for AMN services
• Consults with clients on full spectrum of relevant AMN services.
