RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a global public traded health care company in Rutherford, NJ, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support a rapidly growing business. This role is 2 days in the office & 3 days remote, commutable by mass transit from NYC. Main responsibilities include monthly reporting on close variances, preparing revenue outlooks and leadership presentations, budgeting/forecasting, and leveraging our financial systems on behalf of the Pharma Services management. - The Senior Financial Analyst will be owning and preparing weekly guidance for deals
- Develop and maintain standardized best practices regarding the reporting and analysis of operating costs, revenue, and volume
- Drive continuous improvement to deliver the highest quality analysis (create processes, SOP's, checklists, system configuration and tools)
- Partner with internal customers and stakeholders to support business development, business operations, and analytics
- Contribute to monthly Finance reporting to Senior Leadership Teams (CFO, RFDs, SVP Commercial, SVP Operations) through the production of effective monthly reports
- The Senior Financial Analyst will supply other members of the team with top-down insights, standard analytics, and accurate forecasting
- Be actively committed to personal development through engagement in training and learning opportunities, setting goals and develop a plan to obtain those goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA and/or MBA, or progress towards is a plus
- 3+ years of financial planning & analysis experience with financial modeling & strong Excel skills
- Experience in business partnering
- Strong financial acumen
- Critical thinking/problem solving, and the instinct to take initiative and drive projects to completion
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
