SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE/LEARNING & EXPERTISE DEVELOPMENT
We seek a Learning & Expertise Development Program Lead to join our office in Evanston, IL.The Program Lead will lead the global strategy, curriculum, and resources for flagship new hire training programs and initiatives to ensure a successful first year experience. The role will partner with key stakeholders across the firm to develop learning solutions, customize for local needs, and ensure successful regional program execution. A significant portion of the role serves as the project lead to implement new hire programs delivered in North America. The Learning & Expertise Development Program Lead will report directly to the North America Learning & Expertise Development Lead.
