HAYS has partnered with an international real estate company looking for a Senior Investment Manager in Long Beach, CA to evaluate and acquire student housing properties to expand their current portfolio across the US and Canada.

Your new role

As Senior Investment Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the investments team with the potential of new assets, development cost, and acquisition of properties.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8 years' experience in real estate acquisitions for multifamily/student housing properties.
• Experience giving investment presentations to management, board members, and investors that will explain why a property is profitable.
• Experience in the sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and closing of real estate transactions.
• Detail orientated, with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel. Power BI and Tableau would be preferred.
