Volt is immediately hiring for Senior Landlord Relations Specialist in Cary, NC.

We are seeking a Senior Landlord Relations Specialist to join the Land Management team within the Finance organization. The Land Management team protects the Company's U.S. assets and provides excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include researching and resolving complex inquiries from landlords, while paying close attention to details and contractual obligations. The Senior Landlord Relations Specialist partners cross-functionally by engaging internal stakeholders to ensure inquiries are addressed completely and within established timeframes.

  • Provide high-quality customer service when handling inquiries, including following them through to resolution.
  • Review, research, analyze, and resolve complex inquiries from landlords, such as ownership changes, various rent payments, and option renewals.
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Assist with bulk landlord communications for tax withholdings, direct deposits, future acquisitions, and other initiatives; work with key internal partners to ensure the accurate tracking and documentation of responses from landlords.
  • Develop long term, mutually beneficial, professional relationships with landlords.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure interactions with landlords maximize the Company's financial interest and improve landlord relations.
  • Maintain the Landlord Relationship Management database with contact, owner, and issue information.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, and applicable cross-functional team members to develop and implement processes and training programs; facilitate training for Landlord Relation Specialists and other essential team members.
  • Assist Landlord Relations Specialists with navigating internal processes by maintaining a thorough understanding of internal protocols and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Prior experience working with landlords and rental agreements.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to research and analyze complex issues.
  • Working knowledge of financial issues involved in land management.

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
