What you'll do...
Revenue Operations is hiring a Senior Manager of E&S Program Operations to lead a newly-formed team responsible for various Enablement & Support programs. The ideal candidate has experience leading through ambiguity, formalizing team operations, and enabling delivery across diverse & dynamic workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, coach, and enable a functionally-diverse team of five operations managers
- Model and coach associates on program and change management practices
- Continuously enable employee growth, development, and progression
- Manage team capacity, strategic planning, and executional performance
- Translate strategic concepts into functional goals and tactical steps
- Drive excellence within various support/operational programs across the business
- Deepen relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and decision-makers
- Improve and formalize team process, policy, reporting, and documentation
- Proactively identify, resolve, and report functional disruptions or risks
- Scope and solution opportunities to drive efficiencies and scale
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of people management experience
- 5+ years in ads, operations, or program management
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Strong written & verbal communication of complex topics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with service management through Salesforce, JIRA
- Analytical thinking and experience solving problems autonomously
- Excellent stakeholder negotiation and customer management
- Proven track record driving operational excellence at scale

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
