Senior Medical Technologist
Mass. Eye and Ear (MEE)

Senior Technologist for Mass Eye and Ear Core Lab. BS MT (ASCP) Generalist with at least 5 years of current generalist experience. This is a working supervisor position - participate and oversee day to day operations in chemistry, hematology/coag, urinalysis, reference lab testing. Occasional Phlebotomy. Limited microbiology - planting, rapid tests. Troubleshoot issues, instrument maintenance etc. Assist Lab Supervisor and Director with projects, QA, CAP inspection prep, QC review, tech competencies etc. Our work in the Mass Eye and Ear Clinical Lab supports our hospital operating rooms, emergency medicine, inpatient units, outpatient clinics, research studies and more. Lead Technologist experience preferred but not required. Must be reliable, dependable and a team player.

Qualifications
BS MT(ASCP) at least 5 years generalist experience
