Harbor Medical Associates is seeking an Administrative Team Leader (ATL). The ATL will be responsible for the daily oversight of the department and its staff. Must work well as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a related role required.
- At least one year experience in the health care field preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience required.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to multitask, have excellent computer skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
