Our Team

Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates in South Weymouth is located at 541 Main Street, South Weymouth, 02190. This location has multiple specialties including Cardiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Pathology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine and Vascular Surgery. This location also provides services such as Blood Draw Lab, Imaging, Primary Care and Urgent Care/Fast Care.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Senior Practice Assistant to support our Endocrinology and Nephrology suite onsite Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Dedicated to administrative support, Senior Practice Assistants serve as a leader to our Practice Assistants and ensures that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations.

Responsibilities include daily oversight of the department and its staff, monitoring provider schedules, monitoring injection prior authorizations, check in, check out, phone reception duties, and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher strongly preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a related role required.
    • At least one year experience in the health care field preferred.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience required.
    • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
    • Must have the ability to multitask, have excellent computer skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be detail-oriented and have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
