Slalom is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to drive Salesforce services and client success. This person will provide thought leadership to our clients, support business development efforts, help set the strategic direction for the Salesforce team, and steward Slalom's core values, demonstrating a daily growth mindset and passion for people.

Responsibilities

Accountability for driving quality delivery, business development, account management, and operational activities, including:

Driving and Supporting Sales:

  • Identify new opportunities for growth of Salesforce offerings within existing and new clients.
  • Provide expertise during sales efforts to define high-level solutions, scope, and estimate the technical level of effort.
  • Articulate the benefits and risks of a solution's feasibility and functionality.
  • Collaborate with account executives to cultivate new business opportunities throughout the sales development process.

Leading Engagements:
  • Manage engagement risk and project economics, including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
  • Work with architects to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform within clients' architectural landscape.
  • Manage project stakeholders and delivery teams throughout each engagement to ensure successful delivery of the outcomes agreed to during the sales cycle.
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold and managed Salesforce projects.

Developing The Team:
  • Responsible for people/career management and project staffing.
  • Develop and support the initiatives and activities to build and develop the capabilities of the team.
  • Develop and deliver best practices, delivery templates, and point-of-view papers. Create reusable collateral to be used as sales and delivery accelerators.
  • Responsible for individual and blended team utilization targets.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading Salesforce Consulting engagements including managing client stakeholders and executives.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, emphasis on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Expert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC.
  • Experience with managing and leading people, including mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Experience with solution selling Salesforce engagements.
  • Strong business operations acumen (e.g., invoicing, SOWs, margins, utilization).
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $167,000-$235,00. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
