Senior React Engineer *Job Title:* Senior React Engineer
*Location:* Hybrid, work onsite in El Segundo 1-2 days per week
*Salary:* $150,000-$190,000 Annual Base Salary, Bonus, Equity (must be vaccinated)
*Requirements:* 4+ years with software development, building apps in React (blend of mobile and web dev experience), 2+ years' experience with consumer-facing client apps

We are an innovative donation platform that lets you set money aside for the charities you care about most! Our app tracks every move you make so you can take a tax deduction right away. Employers can fund via corporate gifting and matching programs as well as using our corporate portal. We were founded in September 2021 and made our first key hires in November that helped launch our beta product to the app and google play stores in April. We raised $15 million in seed funding in October 2021 and now have the opportunity to build out our team before the end of the year. We plan on raising Series A in mid-2023.

We are actively looking for a new addition that believes in our mission to decentralize corporate giving and give individuals the power to make a bigger impact on philanthropy. Currently, we are looking for a *Senior React Engineer* that has 4+ years of software development experience and is *open to working onsite 1-2 days per week in our El Segundo office*. This engineer will lead the build of our Corporate Admin web portal and own the product from build to shipping and maintaining features.

What You Will Be Doing - Utilize React to build features with top notch UI and UX
- Take full ownership for building, shipping, and maintaining features
- Diagnose bugs and bottlenecks and improve performance
- Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure quality
- Perform code reviews for other engineers
- Make recommendations on how to improve code base
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to spec-out design and implement user facing features
- Work with product lifecycle from concept to execution
- Keep up to date with tech stack and industry trends, share knowledge and best practices with all of team
What You Need for this Position - 4+ years of software development experience in React
- 2+ years of building consumer-facing client apps
- Experience being on a Platform Team
- Bachelor's Degree
