Responsibilities

What you'll do...

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast and brunch hours.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs!
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Up-sell menu items and promote special promotions or events.
• Handle guest inquires, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Weekend and AM availability!
• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate orders.

• Basic math and cash handling skills
