Your Opportunity

This part-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Shift/Task Lead in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Component Repair & Replacement Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• IDTB repairs, Half Nozzle Repairs, Pressurizer Heater Replacements, Reactor Head Replacements, Thermal Sleeve Removal/Replacement, Steam Generator Replacements, Cavitation Peening.
• Conducts routine and non-routine tasks, operates specialized equipment, takes measurements, extracts and compiles data regarding equipment and process performance; collates data on task and outage performance.
• Develops maintenance procedures, problem reports, field schedules, and task close out reports, as needed.
• Participates in planning and executing projects; assists in preparation of proposal and procurement documents.
• May provide input to training materials and may conduct training, as needed.

Your total rewards package

The range of base salary for the position is between $27.00 - $34.62 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
