The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years Forklift experience with swing arm, reach, pickers and standard forklifts.

Job Summary
Warehouse Workers will perform numerous tasks to ensure that the warehouse, fulfillment, shipping and receiving areas are maintained in an organized, clean and efficient manner. Responsible for performing tasks associated with shipping and production support duties such storing and locating product and retrieval for production and assisting shipping product as needed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.

*Operate power trucks (clamp and fork) to efficiently move raw material and finished goods throughout the plant/warehouse (in/out, multi-level racks, trailers).

*Operate shuttle truck to move trailers as needed.

*Loads and unloads trailers utilizing forklift.

*Prepares paperwork including completion of shipping forms and receiving manifests.

*Maintains and services equipment.

*Operation of trash compactor.

Other (Non-Essential) Functions
Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title. However, these functions may be reassigned to other employees as part of a "Reasonable Accommodation" under the ADA.

Must have reliable transportation, be able to work days, nights, weekdays, weekends, holidays and willing to work overtime when needed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

*The minimum education required is High School Diploma or equivalent. May included specialized classes beyond high school and H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
*1-3 years of related experience, CDL experience. *Must be team oriented - a team player, willing to work for the good of the total team..
Forklift experience with swing arm, reach, pickers and standard forklifts.
* The minimum related language skills required for this position is the ability to read, and comprehend simple instructions.
*Ability to quickly learn & apply information; Must be versatile and be able to shift from one job to another.

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions

* Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions. Warehouse and plant with exposure to dust, noise and fumes.
* Walking and standing 100% on concrete flooring.
* Position requires grasping and utilizing manual dexterity including hand/finger coordination and the utilization of color vision. Ability to look closely at printed material all shift.
* Lift up to 50 lbs; lift up to 100 lbs with assistance occasionally.
* Ability to use computer and calculator.
*Ability to sit (5%), stand (55%), walk (20%), kneel/squat (10%) and bend (10%) for eight hours.
