Single Source, Inc. Mobile Store Manager

A Single Source Inc. Mobile Store Manager is responsible for building and developing positive interactions with long standing customers to generate sales and to upsell inventory. Delivering to key accounts is a critical component of this position.

Mobile Store Manager Duties:

• Deliver products to assigned customers in order to meet customer expectations
• Move inventory from Warehouse to truck, truck to customer's inventory room.
• Maintain inventory levels and accuracy on assigned vehicle by executing weekly cycle counts
• Answer phones, manage invoices, pull orders, check in inventory and stock shelves
• Forecast needs of customers on routes when possible
• Issue immediate credits on returned items
• Communicate with Operations Manager about any additional inventory needed not currently in stock
• Maintain constant contact between the Operations Manager and the salesperson for customers serviced so all product/billing needs are addressed seamlessly
• Stay on top of truck maintenance, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations and alignments and report any other necessary maintenance above wear and tear
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Mobile Store Manager Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a medical certification card
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly
