Summary

The PTH General Assembler position assembles industrial display and control equipment, human machine interface, electronic components, and subassemblies.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assembles boards and units using hand tools to complete product assembly.
  • Proficiently use common assembly, hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, and clamps as required.
  • Proficient in soldering and use of soldering tools.
  • Able to perform both automated and manual assembling processes.
  • Perform non-standard processes such as flux, epoxies and silicone as needed.

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Microsoft Excel experience a plus, but not required.
  • Industry applicable certifications preferred, but not required (IPC, etc.)
