The Senior Accountant leads projects, mentors the Team, and supports the business through collaboration with others throughout the organization. This position is also responsible for maintaining the ERP financial systems, general ledger, and month end close process. The Senior Accountant produces data analysis, financial reporting, and audit schedules. This position has the potential to work remote.What we are looking for:
Bachelors' degree in accounting is required.
Certificate in Public Accounting preferred.
A minimum of five years accounting experience is required.
Lead a project or process improvement team required.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Special Skills and Competencies:
Intermediate to advanced use of analytical tools in Excel used for financial review and analysis.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all colleagues.
Must possess analytical and problem solving skills.
Must have advanced ability to prioritize and organize work for self.
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time and flexibility to meet department needs.
