Position Overview:
This position is responsible for the management of Compeer.com, one of Compeer's primary marketing channels. The incumbent uses the website to build brand awareness, strengthen loyalty, and ultimately drive new and repeat sales. Collaborates internally and externally to deliver an exceptional, user-friendly, and engaging online experience across audiences aligned with Compeer's mission, vision, and values.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs day-to-day update and maintenance of assigned business unit pages on compeer.com.
  • Creates and owns web strategy for assigned business units.
  • Conducts competitive patterning to determine enhancements for website.
  • Establishes strategies and priorities for the development and enhancement of website content.
  • Creates and maintains content calendar for assigned business units.
  • Develops vision/roadmaps in collaboration with other stake holders and shapes, maintains, and executes web projects, deliverables, and initiatives.
  • Leads multiple web projects simultaneously ensuring updates are executed smoothly, on schedule, and within scope to keep sites fresh, engaging, and relevant.
  • Guides and supports website optimization strategies that improve user experience and demand generation, using A/B and user testing, personalization, and CRO strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with UX designers and research to develop page layout enhancements with ongoing testing and refinement.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or digital related field or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 7+ years of experience in business, marketing and/or managing large scale ecommerce consumer/digital products.
  • Prior hands-on experience managing the web production process. Advanced understanding of information architecture, user experience, interaction design, visual design initiatives, analytics/testing, and development (including mobile). Leverages the hands-on experience to consult and guide stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead website engagement and conversion strategies as well as implement tactical requirements.
  • Advanced experience with agile principles and teams, specifically Scrum.
  • Advanced understanding of product strategy, product development lifecycle, market, industry, and client goals.
  • Demonstrated success of leading consumer application and capability strategy and execution from concept to launch.
  • Experience with design-thinking/human centered design.
  • Advanced experience using dashboards, metrics, and voice of the customer feedback to understand how clients interact with applications for their needs and make informed decisions on enhancements to increase adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and task accomplishment.
  • Advanced experience using Google tag manager, Google analytics, Marketo, and Google search console for tag tracking, analytics, forms, and SEO health.
  • Some exposure or experience with HTML coding.
  • Ability to lead, influence and inspire cross-functional groups.
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) programs.
  • Valid driver's license.
