Job Summary:

The Role of the Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sealing Technologies segment FP&A team with financial and management reporting, recurring and ad hoc analysis, annual planning, and quarterly forecasting. The position will collaborate with Sealing Technologies segment, Enpro division and corporate finance personnel. This position will work most closely with the Senior Director, FP&A along with the five division FP&A team members. The focus will be on clearly presenting financial data, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and profitability improvement.

  • This position is responsible for assisting with Financial, Planning and Analysis to support the Sealing Technologies segment. This primarily includes supporting/assisting with preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts, performing monthly FP&A ad-hoc reporting/analysis and annual planning process.
  • This individual will help with developing and reporting product line and business unit financials out of OneStream and understanding the global results.
  • Ability to construct profitability analysis and reporting by product and customer and additional analysis/reporting leveraging the data hub, PowerBI and OneStream.
  • Partner with Enpro's business intelligence team to work with the business on Data Hub and PowerBI optimization
  • Must be comfortable working with and presenting to various levels of management
  • Adheres to EnPro policies and EnPro's system of internal controls (Sarbanes-Oxley).
  • Must possess the ability to both design and implement business process improvements.

  • Hybrid work in the Charlotte corporate office with at least two days a week onsite after the in-office onboarding period
Requirements:

Required
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • CPM experience - ideally OneStream or HFM
Preferred
  • Experience with manufacturing business
  • Required computer skills include minimum intermediate level Excel including pivot tables, lookup and conditional formulas, and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • PowerBI experience
  • Experience in writing SQL queries
  • Experience working with data from a data warehouse/data hub
