The purpose of this role is to lead the Human Resources function for Cobb on a worldwide basis. This position is an important part of the Cobb leadership team and has responsibility for creating strategies that have a positive impact on business and people outcomes. The position holder will lead domestic and international people programs in Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.

For the total organization, this position will partner with the parent organization's COEs and People Operations groups to design and implement solutions related to talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, and compliance and risk management. Outside the U.S., they must direct decisions relating to expatriate assignments, international localization, global mobility and immigration, global employment service and international contracts, international tax and payroll, international compensation and benefits, country specific labor laws, and union and Works Council negotiations. Improving the team member experience and increasing employee engagement are objectives across the total organization.

The position holder will lead a team of HR partners distributed throughout Cobb's global footprint. They will have four(4) direct reports in the U.S. and three (3) located at international sites. There are approximately thirty-five (35) team members in the global HR organization.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, sociology, or similar field of study.

Experience: 12+ years of experience in human resources. 1+ years of international HR/people experience and/or international HR certification are preferred.

Special Skills: Position holder must be able to communicate at all levels of the organization. Must be able to teach, lead, coach, and motivate a team of direct and indirect reports. Must be able to establish clear direction and measure results. Must be able to work across cultures and find consensus among competing priorities.

Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Workday experience preferred.

Travel: 10-25% travel to work sites, with occasional international travel required.

Supervisory Responsibility: Leads a team of HR business partners with direct reports in multiple countries.

Biosecurity: When visiting jobsites/biosecure environments, showering before entering the facilities is required. Appropriate clothing and footwear is provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsites except for medical ID jewelry. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds). The Company Animal Welfare Policy must be followed at all times.

Physical Requirements: Must use safe lifting techniques. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk or hear. The team member must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds. Personal Protective Equipment Required: When visiting facilities is expected to follow the required safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment.
