Salary: $80,000-110,000
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist. The individual will assist in the completion of organizational responsibilities in all functional areas within Human Resources to include but not limited to employee relations, organizational development, communications, payroll, salary administration, benefits, training, and staffing.

This will be a mainly hybrid position with 1 or 2 days a week in the office and the rest will be work from home. The first 90 days however will be mostly onsite as you get acclimated to the role and company.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
•Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
•Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
•Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
•Facilitates on-boarding process for new hires and creates plans to ensure new hire retention.
•Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
•Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of information in the Human Resources and Payroll systems
•Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
•Manage and track all leaves of absences including FMLA
•Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and participating in professional organizations.
•Completes special projects as established by CEO by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and developing and organizing information and fulfilling transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree or five years of Human Resource related experience preferred.

•Excellent written and oral communication skills.

•Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

•Extensive knowledge of employment law is required, to include AAP, FMLA, EEO, EEOC, ADA, COBRA, FLSA, along with proven ability to apply that knowledge.

•Proven skills: Performance Management, Training Management, Resolving Conflict

•Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

•Staffing/Recruiting industry with 2 or more years' experience is highly desired
