Description:

The Organizational Development (OD) team is focused on enabling GameStop to achieve its strategic vision by setting up effective processes and people practices which empower people to do their best work in order to accelerate the business. Key areas of focus for the OD team are: Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, Succession Planning, Talent Management, and Change Management.

This critical role will be responsible for supporting the performance management execution for the SSC at GameStop. This person will be a part of the team that owns the implementation of performance management processes, communication, training and related technology systems.

What you'll be doing:

* Create a job architecture including skills framework, proficiencies, job description and role standardization, developing career paths, etc. for all corporate functions

* Assess training needs and develop strategic plan accordingly

* Define and execute L&D strategies in collaboration with senior leaders and other key stakeholders

* Develop timelines and project plans for performance cycles and ensure that partner SME teams (Systems, Comp, HRBPs) are appropriately engaged in design and informed and aware of logistics of execution

* Operationalize and scale learning programs across which will include partnering with stakeholders across our organization, program/project management, communications and coordinating with third party partners

* Lead project teams to ensure the effective development and delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes

* Manage corporate learning management system, content providers, and other digital learning tools

* Evaluate our current learning management system and document requirements for future state

* Partner with Legal team and third-party partners to oversee compliance trainings to ensure adherences to the latest requirements

* Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

* Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing and development opportunities

* Drive transparency and clarity around how to get to the next level

What you'll need:

* 5+ years in learning and development, Organizational Development consulting, Human Resources or related areas

* Strong experience with learning operations (program management, coordination & scheduling, learning management system, communications, tracking)

* Self-starter, able to build a program from the ground up

* Ability to manage different stakeholders and drive consensus

* Success operating in an unstructured environment

* High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities

* Skilled facilitator and communicator
