The Role:

The Senior Specialist/Specialist of RDQ, Quality Management System (QMS), Training, will function as an administrator on the RDQ QMS team supporting the training needs for RDQ and the Research and Development (R&D) organization

Here's What You'll Do:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) for the R&D organization
  • Manage training curricula for GCP/GLP/ GVP employees in RDQ and the R&D organization including new hires
  • Provide day-to-day support for training-related Help Desk tickets
  • Review and upload new learning content as needed
  • Work with QA Document Control to ensure new documents are appropriately integrated with the LMS for training
  • Collaborate directly with GCP/GLP/ GVP personnel responsible for training content and departmental curricula to ensure completeness and is current.
  • Assist with the management of the LMS system and Document Management System (eDMS) to support evolving training needs across functional areas, as needed
  • Perform tasks as needed to maintain GxP compliance

Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • BS/BA with 2 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical / biotech industry with experience in the training and/or document management environment
  • Previous experience with a validated LMS and DMS e.g., SAP SuccessFactors and Veeva Quality Document system or their equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of a Quality Management System preferred
  • Expertise with business office applications, word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
