The UX Designer enhances, extends, and supports our philosophy that “experience is everything” by combining digital storytelling, empirical research and measured experimentation to inform a broad range of solutions and deliverables. The User Experience Designer is a generalist with several specialized skills that weave together multiple disciplines into a single role. The primary function of the role is to clarify what to design and why before executing it. The User Experience Designer helps internal and external stakeholders navigate complex experience decisions that arise within product and service offerings that clients bring to their customers.

Primary Responsibilities:


Identifies client challenges & opportunities, performs research, and analyzes trends/results to determine experience design implications and recommendations
Facilitates client and internal team sessions to derive insights and shape experience design solutions
Produces high-quality deliverables, including design artifacts such as user-interface requirements and user experience wireframes, client presentations and research synthesis and recommendations.
Collaborates effectively with internal and external teams
Leads clients through User Experience Design methods and processes where required
Gathers requirements for experience design through primary and secondary research (stakeholder and customer interviews, desk research, etc.)
Creates design artifacts to visualize design recommendations and creative intent (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, site maps, etc.)
Creates client-facing assets and materials to share findings and recommendations that help clarify the design intent and align stakeholders through the process
Organizes user research findings and articulates design rationale in as clear and concise manner as possible
Facilitates group discussions and presents key findings to team members and customers
Analyzes and tackles problems with an iterative, progressive approach
Manages and prioritizes simultaneous projects and tasks
Produces high quality deliverables in an open, collaborative manner
Completes detail-oriented work with an eye for accuracy and completeness
