Title: Stadia Store Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA -Open to any location in the Bay Area (San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Mountain View).
Duration: 12+ months (good possibility for Extension)
Position Description
Position Overview:- As the Stadia Store Coordinator your goal is to ensure the successful launch and product lifecycle of our games. You'll work cross functionally across marketing, digital store ops, and other groups to execute on both launch and post launch initiatives. The successful candidate should be delivery- and execution-oriented, with a strong desire to optimize operational capabilities in a highly dynamic startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with scale partners on launch readiness and life cycle management
- Automate reporting for business reviews
- Project manage inbound and outbound workstreams to ensure timely turnarounds
- Provide post promotions sales reports and insights
- QA all new promotions and storefront updates
- Execute all promotions and storefront updates
- Work on near term process improvements for promotions intake from partners
- Create and update documentation for all current and new processes
Top 3 Responsibilities:

Mandatory:
- 1-3+ years of professional work experience in the gaming industry. BA/BS degree. 1-3+ years of Project management. Experience using gSuite or Microsoft Office programs. Digital store merchandising and promotions experience.
Experience working with external partners. Product launch and GTM (Go to Market) experience is nice to have. Experience with data analysis in Excel/Sheets.
