Job Title: Staff Accountant /AR

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Rate: $26 -$32/hr. + Benefits

Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm (40 hrs. Onsite 100%)

Duties:

* Will assist the Accounting Manager with Accounting duties heavy A/R: order processing and billing. Process invoice, make sure the payment is up to date.

* The position is to review and process customers' purchase orders, arrange logistics, billing services, monitor and update inventory.

* Review and process customer's purchase orders

* Arrange logistic services and keep records of freight rate quotes

* Provide order tracking information and related shipping documents to customers

* Communication and coordination with account managers

* Monitor and keep inventory up to date

* Invoicing and tracking past dues

* Reconcile digital and physical inventory

* File claims with logistic providers for lost and damaged shipments

* Responsibilities may include additional assigned tasks

Requirements:

* A/R Billing and Collections experience

* Accounting Degree - required

* Proficiency in Excel

* QuickBooks is a plus

* Proficiency in English; excellent reading and business communication skills

* Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required
