The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing commercial construction projects and a willingness to travel to various job sites throughout LA or OC depending on your location. Project scope will include: Tenant Improvement, Commercial, Mid/High-rise Residential, Federal, Education and Medical.

What You Will Be Doing Projects will be focused on Tenant Improvement and various Commercial Construction throughout LA/OC.
What You Need for this Position 5+ years of relevant commercial construction superintendent experience and:

- Bachelors Degree (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related)
- RFI and change order experience
- Project experience with tenant improvement, commercial, education, mid/high-rise, federal, education, healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
