We are a general contractor headquartered in Joliet, IL a suburb of Chicago. Our company is very well established and does work nationwide with satellite office in NJ, AZ and VA. As a company we take on many different projects ranging in size but more recently we have been specializing in Multi-Family construction. We are looking to add some experienced Superintendents to our team that have a strong background in Multi-Family construction. What You Will Be Doing -Manage and develop team members
-Create schedules to keep project on track and moving forward
-Ensure safety guidelines are being followed
-Reading blueprints and plans
-Inspecting quality of materials
-Creating reports on project statues
What You Need for this Position - 3 years of more of Superintendent experience
-Strong background in Multi-Family construction
-Ability to lead others
-Strong organizational skills
