Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Insulated Panel Group is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator with a focus on Indirect spend.
Job duties include:
• Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing proper procurement strategies for NIPG
• Responsible for sourcing critical insulated metal components
• Developing and implementing effective processes
• Developing vendor relationships to drive financial success for NIPG
• Responsible for reconciling invoice and billing discrepancies
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 2-4 years Purchasing and Inventory Manager System experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the insulated metal panel industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent applicable experience
