Support Analyst

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Support Analyst opportunity in Redmond, WA.

Position Title: Support Analyst

Location: Redmond, WA
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 18 Months

Job Type: Full time Contract
Pay Range: $22 to $24

Job Description:

Title: Support Analyst
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 18 months


Requirements:

• Support Desktop Hardware/Software troubleshooting

• General Break Fix support

• Hardware refreshes

• Work with IRT team on ticket triaging

• Support OPs with tier1 tickets

• Strong Customer Support Skills

• Handle user hardware onboarding / offboarding

• Support Turn 10's Devkit Infrastructure

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 1-3 overall years of experience in the field.

• Degrees or certifications required: N/A

• Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping will not be eligible for the role.

• Best vs. Average: - Been in a DTS role a year or 2, Excellent customer service experience , Hardware software troubleshooting

• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Customer Service experience | 1-2 years

2. Support Desktop Hardware/Software troubleshooting |1-2 years

3. Ticket Management | 1-2 years
