Overview

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Attraction, the Talent Attraction Manager will deliver the North American TA strategy, manage a small team, and hold approximately eight requisitions at any time.

You will be responsible for the effectiveness of the Talent Attraction & Onboarding experience of both internal and external talent to create an industry-leading comprehensive recruitment experience that leverages new technology. In this player/coach role, you will be our internal account manager and strategic advisor for proactive workforce planning/recruiting and maintain effective internal customer relationships to support building the talent pool for multiple assigned functions while maintaining service excellence.

You will collaborate with the business, which includes our HR partners and the assigned functional leaders. As a brand ambassador for Brooks, you will focus on delivering outstanding talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the search status. You will be the subject matter authority in talent attraction, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on, implement, and deliver agile Talent Attraction strategy encompassing process, Technology, EVP, Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing.
  • Translate commercial strategy into Talent Attraction operational activity, proactively acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
  • Lead and inspire a high performing, engaged team and provide coaching and upskilling as required to raise the bar through increased capability.
  • Develop collaborative relationships and partnerships with HR leadership and Business Leaders to provide recruiting expertise, market-related intelligence, and counsel on a variety of talent issues to improve talent attraction effectiveness.
  • Ensure the best fit organisational design and delivery model of Talent Attraction services, to deliver the best customer experience for the business and talent.
  • Effectively interpret and translate business strategy and people requirements into original and compelling career opportunities to attract top leadership talent.
  • Role model activities across the team to ensure creativity, resourcefulness, initiative, and persistence in sourcing for hard-to-fill or unique positions.
  • Ensuring a candidate concierge experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Manage communication and operating rhythms with hiring managers, ensuring talent engagement strategies, candidate pipelines, and channel effectiveness align to meet hiring goals.
  • Manage detailed metrics and data to share with critical customers regularly.
  • Ensuring full compliance with applicable federal and state employment regulations in all aspects of the recruitment life cycle. Optimally use all aspects of ATS system capabilities to capture required data, provide reporting, streamline efforts and ensure efficiency in all processes and procedures.
  • Manage third-party relationships, focusing on identifying and building strong partners for leadership across Brooks.
  • Provide recruitment training and counsel to the hiring leaders, effectively evolving the recruitment culture across the organisation.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven successful executive recruitment experience partnering with C-Suite and Global Leaders delivering full life cycle recruitment is essential.
  • A blend of in-house and executive search experience is strongly preferred.
  • People leadership experience is essential. Proven leadership of a small team of TA Partners is strongly preferred.
  • Proven internet and telephone research skills, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-ray search techniques, "filetype" searches, AI, and image searches.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to deal with highly sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong organisational ability to manage a complex requisition workload and successfully recruit in multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Supportive team player who enjoys proactively working with others to reach practical solutions.
  • Confidence to work independently and exercise judgment when required.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and the agility to respond to evolving customer requirements to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Commercially aware, with a pragmatic and common-sense approach to resolving business issues.
  • Additional business-fluent languages are highly advantageous.
